Estimated delivery time
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 3-4 days from the order date. For Non Metros and cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 4-5 days business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
roservice.co does not deliver items internationally at this time. Purchases can be made anywhere in the world, but the delivery address has to be in India.

roservice.co uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the details.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount.
Item received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong item:
All shipments are carefully seen before they are dispatched. If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us within 48 to 72 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you contact us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.
If you want a replacement then we will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible .
If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
If the product you received is faulty/defective/wrong, you will get the entire amount as refund.
At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

In case of exchange of product
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. RO products), and should not be broken or tampered with.
Customer need to pay the shipping charges for the product that they need to get it exchanged.
In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your roservice.co cash back account.
